We do our best to process and pack up orders within 1 business day, although throughout the holiday season 2021/2022, processing times could take up to 5 days. You will receive tracking information when your order ships. If you have any questions, please contact our friendly Customer Service and we'll be glad to help. We ship from The Netherlands to destinations in the EU, EEA and UK. For shipments to all other destinations, please visit our USA website.
Orders ship via GLS or UPS depending on the weight and destination. If you live in the UK or EFTA, taxes and import fees may be collected upon delivery.
Online retail over orders €75 ship for free, less than €75 ship for a flat rate of €9.95.
