Here are the answers to some common questions.
Orders + Shipping

There is a minimum order requirement of €300.

Most orders are shipped in 3-5 business days, sometimes sooner.

If you should encounter an error with your order, please let us know right away (within 7 days of receipt) so we can make it right.

We do not offer drop shipping.

Orders over €800 that are shipping to Europe ship for free! Smaller orders ship for a flat rate of €30 to anywhere in Europe.
Orders shipping to the Middle East, Asia, and Oceania ship for a flat rate of €125.
Invoicing

You will automatically get a packing slip in your order (no prices will be displayed), and your invoice will be sent to the email address provided at the time of order.
Orders can be paid online through the website or by bank transfer. We are unable to accept payment by check or money order.

Retailers are welcome to carry our products in their online storefronts if they also have a corresponding brick and mortar store. We don't allow other online-only companies to sell our goods. All vendors are prohibited from selling our products on auction or marketplace sites (for example eBay, Amazon, etc).
If you need images for your website, you may take them from our website.
All online listings must be branded Cognitive Surplus in the title or description.
